SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We print and ship from the USA. Because every piece is made to order, your order is produced and on its way within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery then takes about 2–5 business days within the U.S., and you'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.
Shipping is a flat $4.99 — and free on every order over $50. Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one package and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — join our email list to be the first to know.
If your tracking stalls or your order doesn't arrive, email info@thetoxicaf.com with your order number and we'll chase it down.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind what we make. If it's not right, we'll fix it.
Returns: You have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Our fault, our fix. Email info@thetoxicaf.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping on you.
Exchanges: Wrong size? Email us and we'll set up an exchange for the right one, subject to availability.
How to start a return: Email info@thetoxicaf.com with your order number and reason, and we'll send instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
